Totally recommend for resting at all

Spacious room, clean room, featuring a beautiful design with easily controllable temperature and a flat-screen TV, combined with friendly staff that made our dining experience enjoyable in the on-site restaurant.

Paid parking and wi-fi can be a downside.

A surprise in the shower

The casino vibes were lively, and I never expected to enjoy such delicious breakfast—definitely the highlight of our trip! The staff was attentive and friendly throughout.

The shower's water temperature fluctuated unexpectedly, which made for an uncomfortable experience while trying to get ready for our day.

The location was perfect for attending events at the nearby venue, with free indoor parking adding convenience. The room was clean and comfortable, providing a nice view of the surrounding area. However, the mattress was quite firm, which may not suit everyone, and some noise from adjacent rooms was noticeable, impacting sleep quality. The lack of a refrigerator and microwave in the room was also a downside.

the balcony view of the penobscot river was breathtaking, a must-see for every morning. clean rooms with great comfort and 24-hour reception helped me feel secure during my stay.

Staying at this hotel with my family was quite the adventure! The best part was having an awesome casino right onsite with over 900 slot machines. My kids enjoyed the vibe, and it was fun to have everything close together for a night of family excitement.

My kids wished there were more dining options available, especially for late-night snacks. It would be great if they could keep at least one family-friendly restaurant open later.

The hotel provided a cozy and clean room that made for a restful night's sleep. However, the dining options could be expanded to include more variety, as the choices were somewhat limited during my visit.

The Hollywood Casino provided a delightful stay with friendly staff, a comfortable bed, and excellent dining options at the on-site bar and pub. The complimentary bottles of water each day were a nice touch, and the quick access to the casino was convenient.

My room had a nice strong water pressure, unlike some others I've been in. The staff were really kind, going out of their way to help us when we needed it.
